Why it happens
Gmail and Outlook don't take an email at face value any more. Before they decide whether it goes in the inbox or the junk folder, they check a few settings on your web address. Most small businesses have never had them set up, because nobody ever told them they existed.
How would you know?
You wouldn't, and that's the problem. There's no bounce and no warning. The only sign is the quote nobody replies to, and the customer who swears blind they never got it.

Managed 365
Setup is quoted per job, since moving a whole team across is a bigger piece of work than a single mailbox. Same as the other plans, it's monthly with no contract, and everything stays in your business's name.

Questions people ask
Do I own the email address?
Yes. The web address is registered in your name and the Microsoft account belongs to your business. If you leave, we'll hand everything over so your email keeps working.
What happens to my old Gmail or Hotmail?
You can keep it. We can forward anything sent to it into your new inbox, and for a one-off fee we'll bring your old emails across so it's all in one place.
I'm not very techy. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We do the setup, then get it working on your phone, tablet and computer with you. After that it's just email. There are simple guides if you want them, and if anything goes wrong you message us.
If you pay for the licence, who owns the account?
You do. The Microsoft account is set up in your business's name and we just cover the licence as part of your monthly price. If you ever leave, you add your own card to the account and your email carries on as normal.
Who owns the web address, and what happens after the first year?
It's yours. It's registered in your business's name with your details on it, we just look after it for you. We pay for the first year as part of getting you set up, up to £12 for a .co.uk. After that it renews at whatever it costs, usually around a tenner, and we add it to your next monthly bill. If you'd rather take it over yourself, or move it somewhere else, say the word and we'll hand it across.
My emails keep going to people's junk folders. Can you fix that?
Usually, yes. It's nearly always a couple of missing settings on your web address that tell Gmail and Outlook your email is really from you. Put your web address into the free check above and it'll tell you what's wrong with yours in plain English, whether or not you end up buying anything.
Do you look after teams, not just one person?
Yes. Managed 365 covers firms with staff: starters and leavers, shared mailboxes, licences, security and help with Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. It starts at 5 people. Get in touch and we'll quote it.
What if I need more than email later?
Just ask. We can move you up to Business Basic or Business Standard at any time. Your email address, mailbox and everything in it stay exactly as they are.
Is there a contract?
Not unless you want one. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay for the year upfront and get two months free.
How do I pay?
By card through our secure Stripe payment page. Monthly plans are collected automatically each month, so there's nothing to remember. Yearly plans are paid once for the year. You can update your card or cancel any time from the subscription page.
How long does setup take?
Usually the same day you agree your web address. Getting it on your devices takes about 15 minutes.
