Your own name at your own web address, on Microsoft Exchange, working on your phone, tablet and computer. If you have not got a web address yet, I sort that too and cover the first year.

On Gmail, Hotmail, an old provider or another setup? I move you to Microsoft 365 without losing a single email, and get everyone working again the same day.

Keeping it out of the junk folder

The behind-the-scenes settings that decide whether your quotes reach the inbox or get filed as spam. Most businesses have never had them set up. I do, and I keep an eye on them.

What do I actually get?

A professional email address on your own web address, running on Microsoft 365, working on all your devices, set up properly so it stays out of people's junk folders. Plus me looking after it so you never have to think about it again.

Will my email go down while you move it?

No. Mail keeps flowing throughout. I build everything first, switch over in the evening when nobody is sending, and I am on it first thing the next morning.

Do I have to deal with Microsoft?

Never. The licence is included in your monthly price, the account is set up in your business's name, and I handle all of it. One simple bill from me.

What if I want to leave?

A month's notice and everything is yours to take. The web address and the account are already in your name, so I just hand it over. No exit fees, no holding anything hostage.

Do you do general IT, printers, websites?

No, and I will be honest about that. I do Microsoft 365 and email, and I do it well. For anything else I am happy to point you to someone good.

How many businesses do you take on?

A small number, on purpose. This runs alongside my day job in the same field, which is how you get this level of experience at this price. I would rather say no than do it badly.
